The valuation of a portfolio or residual income is based on multiple factors. Income and account attrition rate, length of time the portfolio has been with you or your company, margins/profitability, and the variety and size of each merchant account. The purchase price is based on a multiple of the average monthly residual while considering the aforementioned variables. Our Team will take into account the factors described above as well.
Your most-recent 12 months residual income report(s) as well a copy of your ISO Agreement(s).
This is based on the size of your portfolio. We typically turn things around in less than one week.
Typical Agent and/or ISO Agreements give the Processor or ISO the right of first refusal to purchase the portfolio. If you like the terms of our offer, you would contact your current relationship for approval. Based on your existing contract with them, they will likely have a predetermined length of time to either approve our offer or purchase the portfolio themselves. If the Processor agrees to the sale, we will move forward and begin to populate the appropriate documents.
In the event that your portfolio includes other Sales Agents we would need to review the terms of their agreement(s) with you.
